What should I do? My son is congested and has a cough for 2 weeks now he had a fever & has vomited twice.?

He (12 months) had the fever for a day in an half, the last day which was yesterday he vomited. Today he didn't have a fever but he vomited again late in the evening. When I was putting him to bed he started cough a bit to where it sounded as though he had a bunch of flam in his throat. Any advice?
