I want to buy a new GAMING AGP GRAPHIC CARD for my PC system.price not an issue.Please help.?

I have a Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz 3.19GHz, 3.25GB Ram.note that there are no PCI-E Slots,So i need a AGP card ,it should be one of the latest ,released in 2010 or 09 so that i will know that it can run the latest games
