What's The Little Mermaid III?

I was watching The Little Mermaid on dvd and I saw a preview, some vague shiprwreck scenes from TLM and Ariel singing, for something called The Little Mermaid III? The dvd was released pretty recently but I can't find anything on the disney site about it. Anyone have any idea what it is, besides a sequel?
