I need help with this FF trade...?

I've been offered Warner for Favre and Pierre Thomas? Is this too much to give up or should I have him throw in Leon Washington as well. I also have Ronnie Brown/Brandon Jacobs/Jonathon Stewart/Steven Jackson at RBs. Thomas just doesn't look like he is going to live up to expectations this season and Mike Bell is eating up his carries, especially in the second half of games.
