feeding moms: Have you ever had mastitis?

I just went to the doctor yesterday thinking I had bronchitis or something with 103 tempature.. oy. It sucks. I found out I had an infection in my ... anyone ever go through this before?? what'd you do to help you relax while taking care of your little one??
