Administrator and Pword is demanded for every Site?

I must done something wrong that I cannot browse without being asked for Administrators Pword for ever site i want to visit . If you can spare me time to guide me through reversing this problem I shall be very thankful. I have tried all I thought might help. No experience.Thanks in anticipation .
